Delivery times
Mallorca: 24–48 business hours
Mainland Spain: 2–4 business days
Spanish Islands (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 4–7 business days
Europe (EU): 4–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)
SHIPPING COSTS
Mainland Spain: €6.50
Spanish Islands (excluding the Balearic Islands): €8.50
Balearic Islands: €6.00
Europe (EU): €10.00
International (outside the EU): €25.00
Shipping costs and delivery times are approximate. Factors such as the final package weight, delivery address, special promotions, or customs procedures (in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international shipments) may cause slight variations.
If there is any significant difference, we will contact you before shipping your order.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM CET will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

A confirmation email with your tracking number

Access to order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and the corresponding link to track your package on the courier company's website (for example Correos, MRW, or SEUR).
You will also receive a delivery notification.
DELIVERY
Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the package.
If no one is available, the courier will leave a delivery notice.
