This document (as well as any other documents mentioned herein) governs the conditions regulating the use of this Website (https://rioonthego.com/) and the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services through it (hereinafter, the Conditions).

The activity carried out through the Website consists of the sale of handcrafted jewelry and fashion accessories.

Before accessing, browsing, or using this Website, the User must read and accept the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and these General Conditions. Use of the Website implies full acceptance of all these documents.

Access, browsing and use of the Website confers the condition of User (hereinafter referred to as User), which implies acceptance of all the Conditions established herein, as well as any future modifications.

  • Not place false or fraudulent orders

  • Provide truthful, complete and updated information

The User declares that they are over 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

The Website is primarily intended for users residing in Spain, although international shipping is available. It is not guaranteed that the Website content complies with the legislation of other countries.

Agustina Mompo Noceti declines any responsibility arising from such access and does not guarantee services or deliveries outside Spain.

The User may formalize the purchase contract in any of the languages available on the Website.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS

Users may purchase products through the online purchasing process available on the Shopify platform.

During the purchasing process:

  • The User may select products and add them to the shopping cart

  • The User may review and modify their data before confirming the order

  • The purchase is finalized by clicking “Buy and pay now”

After completing the purchase, the User will receive an order confirmation email, followed by another email once the order has been shipped.

The User expressly agrees to receive an electronic invoice, which will be sent by email.

By placing an order, the User accepts the specific conditions of each product shown in its description (price, materials, weight, color, characteristics, etc.) and acknowledges that it is a handcrafted product, which may present variations.

4. AVAILABILITY

All purchase orders received through the Website are subject to product availability and to circumstances of force majeure.

If supply difficulties arise or products are out of stock, Agustina Mompo Noceti will contact the User and refund any amount paid.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices shown on the Website are final prices in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the end of the purchase process.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Accepted payment methods:

Payment information is processed securely through the Shopify platform.

6. DELIVERY

Deliveries may be made worldwide.

Unless exceptional circumstances occur, orders will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the Website depending on the selected shipping method and within a maximum of 30 business days from order confirmation.

If delivery cannot be completed on time, the User will be informed and may choose to:

  • Continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or

  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

8. RETURNS

Users purchasing products through the Website have the following rights.

8.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day the User receives the goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging and documentation.

The User will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product is defective.

Customized products are not eligible for withdrawal.

8.2 DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR SHIPPING ERRORS

If the User believes the product does not match the order or is defective, they must contact the seller immediately.

After inspection, the User will receive a refund or replacement if applicable.

Handcrafted products may show slight variations in color, shape, or pattern, which are not considered defects.

9. WARRANTIES

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of three years from the date of delivery in accordance with Spanish consumer law.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Variations inherent to handmade materials

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Agustina Mompo Noceti shall not be liable for:

  • Minor variations in handcrafted products

  • Transport delays

  • Force majeure events

  • Technical failures of the Website

  • Incorrect use of the products
